Nichols Winery is a small winery established in 1991 to produce ultra premium wine with limited production of each varietal around 1,200 case level. Nichols Winery & Cellars tasting room was the first winery in Atascadero and offers 3 brands of wines: Nichols Brand, Soleil & Terroir Brand and Silver Fox Brand, with vintages as far back as 1993.
