Summer Concert with the Cinders Blues Band

Enjoy the Sounds of Summer with the 2026 “Saturdays in the Park” Summer Concert Series!

Concerts are free to the public, and everyone is encouraged to bring a blanket, low-back chair, and the entire family to relish the warm summer evenings at Atascadero Lake Park.

The Cinders Blues Band is an honest-to-pete blues band that you can dance to. Some traditional Chicago Blues, danceable Soul classics, contemporary rockin' blues. Featuring the great vocals of Brett Hoover who has been singing blues in this area for 35 years. Guitarists Bayley Bagby, Dorian Michael and bassist Ken Hustad are joined by drummer Dean Giles who makes sure that the groove is happening.
