A boutique distillery offering hand-crafted virtuous single batch spirits. We have an unconventional approach to the age-old craft of distilling which has led us to create a range of spirits that complement a healthy lifestyle and can be enjoyed free of guilt. We start only with natural and botanical ingredients. While respectful to honor the conventional customs of distillation, we remain innovative and are not opposed to advanced means as a source in production practices. Offering craft cocktails, food and spirit tastings!

Hours:

• Thursday: 5 pm - 8 pm
• Friday: 5 pm - 9 pm
• Saturday: 3 pm - 9 pm
• Monday - Wednesday by Appointment
