KICK BACK AT ATASCADERO LAKE PARK

After your hike, take in the sights at Atascadero Lake Park, a large open space with picnic areas, a lakeside walking path, a gazebo, and more. The park is also home to Charles Paddock Zoo, the only zoo in San Luis Obispo County, and the Faces of Freedom Veterans Memorial—popular attractions for both locals and visitors, now open with new safety precautions.
